Raw Materials by Roscom

Roscom, the parent company of TekTube, manufactures hundreds of standard PVC formulas and colors that are shipped to customers in pellet form for use in a multitude of injection molding, sheeting, and extrusion applications including electronic, automotive, and medical products. By controlling the quality of raw materials that are used in the TekTube product line, we can deliver the finest flex hose and tubing in the industry.

PVC Quality Assured!

We have a proactive approach to quality control. Quality checks are conducted throughout the PVC production process. The equipment utilized to monitor our quality monitor the target and actual amounts for each raw material as they are injected into the process. For key features including PVC strength, flexibility, surface appearance, color integrity, and durability a second testing phase is administered by a member of our highly trained staff. All of our PVC compounds receive at least one quality test before shipping, and in many cases multiple checks are performed. Enclosed in each shipping gaylord is our statistical data, which enables customers to review the checks that have been performed on their PVC shipments.
